Returns & Refunds

We take pride in the quality of our products however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.  Please email sales@hewinstimber.com with your order number, details of any issues and supporting photos if applicable.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Your product must be in the original packaging and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we have received your returned item and proof of purchase, the product will be inspected, after which, you will be advised of the status of your refund. Should your return be approved, a refund will be initiated to the original method of payment within 10 working days, depending upon your bank/card issuer’s policies.

Return Costs
You will be responsible for payment of any return costs incurred as a result of returning your item. Should Hewins be required to pay return costs as a result as non-payment by yourself, the required value will be deducted from your refund. 
Please note, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or losses to products being returned to us, we urge customers to seek the correct insurance from their chosen courier before dispatching any parcels. All returns must include our returns form in order to action the return.
